ok so my recovery is doing pretty good i must say...

i have gained back more weight that i really wanted to but i have been working out and eatin healthy and it all even out...i gained back almost all the weight i lost and im really becoming more comfortable in my skin

my new stats

CW: 98

measurements: 34-22-35 

i think im doing pretty good now...and im running everyday and i started back my yoga which really helps my body and my mind...

i came out to my mom as well with all of my issues...even my ana and all my cutting...now that im out of therapy im really doing better than i thought i could...i rarely have the depressions like i use to and now im learning how to handle them on my own..
